Overall, Orlano has 42 years of nearly any aspect of church ministry: music, youth, children, education, senior adults, prison ministry, television, radio, and preaching.
Born and reared in Abilene, Texas she lived most of her adult life in Weatherford, Texas.
In 2005 she was widowed and in 2007 married Larry Randall whom she met at a home Bible Study in Euless, Texas.
God called her to walk alongside Larry Randall, Founder, Pastor,Director of Joshua Ministries, Inc. to fulfill the vision of Joshua Experience God’s Big Band. She has faithfully served with her husband 8 years working in all aspects of the ministry, traveling internationally as evangelists and missionaries. At the time of his passing February 26, 2015 she was appointed by God and affirmed by the Board of Directors of Joshua Ministries, Inc as President/Pastor.
She continues to preach The Word through social media and home church on Wednesday evenings at her residence in Irving, Texas. She continues the ministry of Joshua Experience God’s Big Band in organizing and promoting ministry opportunities and covering the group of faithful volunteers of 15 years with prayer and encouragement to use their God given talent to reach the lost.
Orlano is an ordained minister of the gospel through The Fellowship, Irving, Texas where she remains a member in good standing.
She speaks to women’s groups and brings the message of hope and encouragement as she shares her testimony of a child and young woman who was abused physically, emotionally, and sexually. Proclaiming the power of God that sets the captives free she brings hope and faith to the lost and dying.
She is a mother and step mother with 20 grandchildren, a resident for 10 1/2 years in Irving, Texas where she home offices the work of Joshua Ministries, Inc.
A native of Havana, Cuba, Jorge F. Marsal came to the USA as a child and can testify to God’s faithfulness as he and his family settled in Florida.
Jorge is an ordained minister who has served as Senior/Lead Pastor for the past 10 years. For over 30 years, he served in several churches as an Associate Pastor, providing leadership in music and creative arts ministries.
Jorge received his musical education at Miami-Dade Jr. College, the University of Miami, and correspondence courses from Berklee School of Music. He has a masters’ degree in Ministry with Leadership and Worship from the Phoenix University of Theology.
Jorge is fluent in both Spanish and English.
He and his wife Shirley, a gifted singer herself, toured the US and Europe for several years with the contemporary gospel group, "Amplified Version." Along with their son, Nicholas (Nico), they serve God as a family.
